Speaker Update: Lee White, Founder, Decision 3D

Lee White is the Founder of Decision 3D. Lee started Decision 3D to help organizations collaborate more effectively. His vision is to take what is happening on the public Internet (with services like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) and focus those types of tools on the internal operations of organizations. If we look at key organizational operations like innovation, training, and workforce management, then overlay the ability to easily find information and connect with experts, we can build a powerful collaboration platform.

Lee’s background ranges from Information systems, to project management, to organization development, to social media. He integrates all of these disciplines into his approach for improving organizational collaboration.

Lee is originally from Durham and has always lived in the Triangle area. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from NC State University and a MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. Before starting Decision 3D, Lee spent 14 years with GSK. He currently lives in Orange County with his wife and two sons.
